After finding a few issues on the car from transport, the service center took their time to ensure our vehicle was in perfect condition when we received it. The lot manager stayed in continued communication with us throughout the process to make sure we were satisfied with our experience.

Person who inspected the car for repairs needs his/her
Person who inspected the car for repairs needs his/her xxx kicked for trying to scam the customer with repair work that did not need to be done.. said my windshield wipers needed to be replaced when I had just had them done in March . Made me suspicious of the other repair work that was recommended. Taking it to a reputable mechanic I trust for remaining work . The service person, David, kept me informed about what was happening with the car. I appreciate his service.

Repair took about 3 weeks to complete.
Repair took about 3 weeks to complete. Responded quickly to calls and returned my car in better condition than when I dropped it off. Went above and beyond to check all possible options to get me the best price for my repairs. Even though the repairs took a while it was one of my better services with Lithia.
