Normally I give the top rating, the last time I was there
Normally I give the top rating, the last time I was there was not a fun time it was a little aggravating. I was there for an oil change and once they put my car on the hoist area it was 45 minutes before they even started working on it. I discussed it with Ruben and he said he’s just shorthanded and at that point they started working on it I don’t believe Ruben because he’s an awesome guy, but you shouldn’t have two lanes open if you don’t have a staff show her our oil change I ended up being there for over two hours not good service. I have three cars should I bring there for service it’s not a good experience

No too good of an experience took more than half a day
No too good of an experience took more than half a day to get a simple recall and an oil change. Also got a tire "REPAIRED" GOT HOME TO LAREDO TX AND WAS FLAT AGAIN. took it to a repair shop and found 3 leaks. How was it possible that they weren't detected. I would've tought that a dealership would be more professional.
