I Got my oil changed on my truck, when I went to pick it
I Got my oil changed on my truck, when I went to pick it up the entire front of my undercarriage and suspension was covered in oil and oil was all over the ground in the parking spot. The oil change was quick but the quality was not great.

If I could give this place zero stars I would.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I honestly had the worst experience car shopping here and to be honest I never leave my dealership I normally go to but there was a car at this dealership that was custom and no other dealership had this specific car. From the beginning, my salesman seemed very arrogant and full of himself. Yes I made it clear that I was not the one, and if I didn’t need to be there I wouldn’t so yes maybe the arrogance was a 2 way street. When I purchased the vehicle it had trash, and was dirty. When I was done signing docs with the financial manager I got my car and left the dealership, not even a min later a cop stops me and says you don’t have paper tags on your car.. then I head back and my salesman puts them on.. all while I was signing docs he was just there sitting on his phone.. he could have been getting them ready instead of having a cop pull me over seconds that I left the dealership.. after I left a day later I called and called my salesman to pick up my car for detailing and take out a small dent and when he did he brought my car back to be with a quarter of gas gone from my tank and he added his phone to my Bluetooth list on my car. He also didn’t do a good job of looking through my car and making sure the trash was gone, because after he said they “detailed it” I still pulled out trash and was like really? And he says oh I didn’t see that there.. xxx? They made it so hard to contact the finance managers and GM when I called the people who answered in the sales dept would lie that they were busy.. but then I would find out the guy who helped me sign docs was out like why do y’all lie? And the GM was always in a meeting lol Just tell me from the start that he’s out for the day..or that your GM doesn’t like speaking to customers don’t lie and say oh he’s with a customer. All of this isn’t even half of the xx I went through… DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP, you will regret it.

They need to Truck right.
They need to Truck right..my 4wd light came on saying it needs service and took it on and they thought they fixed it..It still turns on every once in a while..the thing is I can’t just drop it off…they always want to schedule a date they can do it..I’m busy too and my job is an hour away from corpus..I don’t have they’re time to be scheduling and rescheduling…
