Not sure if this went through before but we were very happy with the product and service we received. Andrea out sales lady was very friendly, kind, and courteous. She helped us get our car and trade in at a fair price The manager Dan helped us to get an extended warrantee even though we were taking it as is. They delivered it to our house which was a 2 hour drive. I held up the delivery man at our house after he made the Drive because I didn't understand something in the paper work. Even though by then it was after hours he was able to get ahold of the staff so my question would be answered. Even the delivery was nice and polite even though he could have been mad after driving a ll that way. We accepted the car and are thrilled to have I t. Having a salesman (max) try to sale me Hydrogen for my
Having a salesman (max) try to sale me Hydrogen for my tires and claiming I will never get a flat, after telling me about the price of the said magical air, he said he could not take it off do they come from a factory like that. Also maybe not talking bad their customers to other salesman’s he could sale more vehicles. Me and my wife went back to the dealership a few days later and bought a 2022 Ram 2500. Some salesman just need to learn to listen to what customers want and need before acting snotty and having a poor attitude thinking we are wasting their time.
