The vehicle was dirty, they didn't even bother to clean

The vehicle was dirty, they didn't even bother to clean it. They had to jump the vehicle, then the check engine light came on. He hardly offered any reason. The salesman barely said two words to us. He knew we were coming and we drove a decent distance. Very disappointed.

Great experience buying my new RAV4 XLE at Smart Toyota 9/14/24. Quick and easy! Worked with Caleb Guyton before when purchasing new 2018 RAV4. Best experience ever. I requested him for my new 2024 RAV4 XLE. Very honest and answered all questions. Good experience all around!! Thanks Caleb!

Don’t do it!

Don’t do it! had a brake job and they forgot to adjust my emergency brake. This put my family at risk when I needed the brake! Had it fixed at another dealer who called on my behalf. Smart wouldn’t take responsibiliy.
