Our salesman Michael Wells was knowledgeable and he provided information and answered questions quickly and thoroughly, The entire process was very transparent with no unexpected hidden charges or attempts to sell add-on products or services. He was even able to come up with the car we were looking for which was very hard to find. My wife and I were completely happy with the experience.

Smart Toyota advertises nationally but they will not allow an out of state purchase unless you are physically present. I lost out on a vehicle I wanted to purchase because they refused to allow me to send a $7000.00 deposit to hold the vehicle until I could arrange to get there.

I called in to buy a tacoma and was told I had to finance through them. I had already secured financing and didn't need it. Zach, the salesman I spoke with, stated they're scared I might be a fraud and would need to finance through them. I live out of town was the reason I'm a fraud. WHAT?!?! if you're scared then stay home and wear a mask. I then spoke with Brian, the floor manager, and he parroted the same thing. Please make sure you have that on your website before posting online.

We originally wanted to shop for a replacement of a wrecked 2015 Rav4 Toyota, where we were hit from behind. We were looking for a used Rav4 replacement and left with a brand new Highland Hybrid.
