This dealership screwed my sister over HARD.

This dealership screwed my sister over HARD. Even with nearly $8000 down, they stuck her with a 8.89% loan. Super shady and greedy. You should be ashamed of yourself.

This is a great low pressure sales environment everyone

This is a great low pressure sales environment everyone was very helpful and probably gave me the friendliest vehicle purchase I've ever had.

Tommy helped us choosing the vehicle right for us, his

Tommy helped us choosing the vehicle right for us, his patience teaching us how ro get the best out of our RAV4 was remarkable! He showed us its features, had us driving and trying ourselves how they worked, helped us to set the computer to fit our needs, and he helped us connecting the phone and the Toyota application. Tommy is the best!!! Thank you!!!

Super friendly staff, great service.

Super friendly staff, great service. Have been a long standing customer for 26 years and just drove off a brand new fantastic vehicle. Everybody made me feel like a Toyota family member. I trust their service team to take great care of the new car just like they did for the previous one. John took all the time in the world to explain the vast number of settings now available in the new car. I appreciate the patience and diligence showing the features.

I came in on July 4th just to see what the dealership

I came in on July 4th just to see what the dealership might have and quickly found the perfect truck for me. (They were literally the only dealership open on the holiday.) Tommy Coffee was my salesman and I was impressed with his extensive knowledge of the truck features and the time he took to go over every feature so when I drove off the lot I was fully informed. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was friendly and they made the daunting process of buying a car a little more enjoyable. :)

Great service at Toyota of Pullman

I had a simple oil change this morning at Toyota of Pullman. They were done when promised and I was out the door - but Caleb was a breath of fresh air. Not only was he welcoming, courteous, & accommodating - but he went out of his way to check on what services could be extended to me. He was very professional and pleasant and really sets a great tone for the dealership.

We have been looking for a hard-to-find Crown for quite a

We have been looking for a hard-to-find Crown for quite a while. We finally located one at Toyota of Pullman. I started communicating with Chris Hutton via email regarding the car. He was very prompt and answered all of my questions. We continued conversing and worked through my trade, worked on an offer, and final details. The next day we drove the 5 hours to Pullman to close the deal. Chris met us in the parking lot as we pulled in. He took us to the car and showed us all around. Then he told us to take it for a drive while he prepared the paperwork. When we got back to the dealership all the paperwork was ready to sign. We completed the transaction and were ready to go in no time at all. The entire process was extremely straightforward. We are thrilled with our new car, and extremely pleased with the service that Chris and Toyota of Pullman provided us. Now that all is said and done, we would easily do it again.

My salesperson was Tommy.

My salesperson was Tommy. He was quite knowledgeable and very helpful. He had the answers to all of my questions. I will recommend him to all of my friends.

Great place to buy or service a vehicle.

I went in to help with a potential purchase of a RAV-4 Limited Hybrid. I have known the salesman Tommy Coffee for a while, so he and I sat in the car going over the details. We ended up buying it. I intended to keep my Tacoma and buy a used car from him as a backup. I ended up leaving with the RAV-4 and a Sequoia TRD Pro Hybrid. The Tacoma stayed behind. The new team at the Pullman store is first rate. The new management team under the leadership of Cliff Smith is making positive changes and working wonders. The Service Department has always been excellent, and that has not changed. The buying experience was the best I have ever had at a dealership. 5 stars to this dealership and salesman Tommy Coffee!
