Toyota of Pullman

I was purchasing a 2020 Toyota RAV4 hybrid from Pullman, talked over the phone couple times with the manager and sales rep Michael and got a instant offer which is very reasonable and then they offered a trade in value of my previous vehicle with a competitive market value. So the entire process is seamless and pleasant with mutual respect and high efficiency. Moreover, as I lived in a city which is 5 hours drive away from Pullman, they offered free delivery by their staff within 2 days and dropped the new car at our door and picked up our old vehicle. They also helped us to take care of vehicle registration and plate application process. So this is the best experience I have had in purchasing a new car over last 30 years. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Toyota of Pullman to anyone interested in purchasing a new Vehicle.

Jeff was my salesman, polite, not overbearing, no rush to make a sale, knowledgeable and kind. Serious about guiding our choice for our needs. All personnel, Jeff, Tyler, Matt, Leland and Chris worked as a very sincere group and were a very accommodating team. No high pressure or rush to make the sale. The ball was in our court at all times, we felt as if we could have walked at any time with no hard feelings. Our residual financing was set up then changed when a better interest rate was discovered. I was skeptical, the last owners operated on a whole different set of morals and ethics, I had vowed to never buy from them. I really wanted to try a hybrid Toyota so I ventured forth. I was soon put at ease and made to feel comfortable and like a cousin to the group. What an amazing TRANSFORMATION from the prior operation. I bought Toyota RAV 4 2018 on Nov 23. Before selling a vehicle they should show the total end price of the vehicle. Instead, they added some dealer added feature, which ultimately added 900$ on top of the total price. The most dishonest thing they did, they didn't tell me whether I am interested to get these features. I discovered this extra price when I came back home and saw the price breakdown. Now I realized that it was my mistake as I trusted them. Other customers also have the same experience when I read the review. So double check with the total price as they may steal some of your money from pocket.

My wife and I bought a RAV4 from these guys - especially Tommy and Chris. Great to work with, really knowledgable, and patient. No pressure to buy, just giving us good information and helping us reach the best decision for us. Thanks so much!!!

This is the second time I've purchased a vehicle from Toyota of Pullman and I can not say enough good things about this dealership. I've had the pleasure of working with Joe on both purchases, and this man is a no BS salesman. He and the rest of the crew at Toyota do everything in there power to get you into the car of your dreams without all the headache of a usual car buying experience. I will never buy another vehicle from another dealership. They make you feel like family and truly take care you here at Toyota of Pullman.
