New car purchase--Wayne & Margi Meeks
The service by Bill Thomas and Brandon Young was excellent. They bent over backwards to help us and work with us on trade in and interest rates. We will go there again when needing another vehicle. We would highly recommend them to our friends and family. The facility is beautiful and very clean. Major the bull dog was a plus!

Great experience here. Just purchased 2012 Denali when I was just looking at basic Yukon models. Sales Consutlant Bill T. understood my needs (and wants) and he made it happen keeping my family on budget. With all of that said he went a step further and worked with parts to help me accessorize to make my Denali unique and affordable. I shopped around and the others threw gimmicks at you but Everett Maxey in Bentonville just made it happen and honestly surprised me with their customer service. Thanks, I ll be back. JC

Purchased a new car. The salesman...
Purchased a new car. The salesman "Brett" was great. I wrote an earlier pretty scathing review of this dealership. After cooler heads have prevailed, what is the bottom line? I love the GMC I bought. It would have been easier to do as I normally have done and have my own financing arranged before I go shopping. Communication is not their strong suit. They should hold the satisfaction surveys until all of the paperwork is done. They called a week after I received the new car to ask if I was happy. It is a new car, if there were issues it would be the exception. The experience can only be judged when all of the parts of the deal are done.

2004 Suburban 1500 LS with 45k -- like new!
We got an awesome deal and the dealership with very easy to work with. It took about a week and a half to get the title. It would have been nice to receive it the day we handed them the check and took the vehicle. It all worked out fine in the end. Our vehicle has been a gem and we are happy! Thanks

Service issue
When I called for service, the service person Frank asked me if I had ever even been there before, I have purchased about 20 cars from this dealership under whichever name it happens to be under. Then he has the gall to tell me that the problem is my imagination. I googled the issue before I called and there were over 4,000 listings on google for the same issue. I was merging into the fast lane on the hwy and my transmission just revved my car would not accelerate, I almost caused a massive pile up in rush hour traffic. I guess when it happens again and I get killed or cause an accident Frank will believe me. Thanks Everett Maxey FOR NOTHING.
