Tires & Inspection on my GMC Savana

I had my van inspected, new tires put on, and front end alignment. My van was finished within the promised time frame. Ben was very easy to work with The waiting room is clean & comfortable.

Rude and harassing

They harass you with emails and never leave you alone. After trying multiple times to be left alone, i was finally met with a very unprofessional email stating that i should stop emailing them back. They are desperate for anyones business.

Horrible Communication & Sales! Strongly don't Recommend!!

I drove 2 hours to see a specific vehicle I saw online. I was under a time crunch that day and specifically went to look at the cars visual condition as far as scratches dents dings etc. Bern happened to be the sales consultant that came outside and initially got me the key. I was very straight forward and alerted him that I didn't have much time, but I was going to be purchasing a truck as soon as I found the right one. I asked that he check the best price with his manager and get back to me and I never heard anything back. Unfortunate for them, but I am glad I found out how they treat their customers so I could move on. I gave it one more shot by doing a contact inquiring and still never heard from anyone. Must be nice to be in a position where you really don't need someone's business!! I certainly hope that's what it is and just not how they treat everyone. I could never confidently recommend this dealership or salesman.
