got referred to deluxe by a friend who lives in linden and he assured me that I will be well taken care off and also I will drive home with my dream car .Definitely I wasn't disappointed John Strazza took me in with open arms and he worked with me and made sure I was comfortable with everything that was going on and I sure did get the car that I wanted !!!!

i was shopping for a used bmw at a few places and this place was by far the best my sales rep. john strazza was extremely helpful and gave me a great deal with out much neg. everything was explained in a fashion where I felt very comfortbable and I would recomened this dealer to anyone looking for a legit new or used car

I received exceptional service from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was very inviting as a customer and the sales representative that assisted me was John Strazza. I must say that John went above and beyond for me under my circumstances and being frustrated as I was at that time based on a bad experience I had at a prior dealership, from entering the concierge was welcoming. John was very sympathetic and patient especially as I showed up on a Saturday right before they were closing.. 7 mins to be exact. Kristian the finance manager was also very efficient with the paperwork process and I must say Deluxe has earned my business along with my family. I recommend based on great customer service along with a very warm and inviting setting. Everyone was professional and well dressed which for me perception is reality. I highly recommend purchasing your next car at deluxe along with having John as your sales rep.

See Kevin. He helped us and can help you too. Amiable and pleasant, we found our time with him enjoyable. This is a used car dealer but not like anything you would imagine. This is pre-owned dealer a couple of class levels above any I have ever been to. Special kudos to the quality of the trimline staff here. These guys could take a burnt by the sun fade job from a junkyard and make it look brand new! Every car in that showroom looked gorgeous and the one we purchased was no exception. As with any dealer, do your homework. If looking online, read the details and learn in advance where and on what areas of the pricing you can bargain on. Thus prepared you we have satisfactorily enjoyable experience.

Shopping at Deluxe Auto Sales was an absolutely amazing experience. I was unsure about the kind of car I wanted and how to go about buying my very first car. the staff was SO comforting, educated, and willing to listen to all my needs. Kevin was so patient and informative, i couldnt have done it without his help. i am now sporting my new baby and could NOT be happier. Danny the manager was so helpful through the entire process i am thrilled with my experience. HIGHLY recommend for anyone and everyone searching for a car!!!

Was considering making a big purchase but they won't even email a carfax...."we use autocheck" is their gimmick. If u had a customer willing to make a big purchase wouldn't you prove them with the information needed to make the sale? Well that is unless ur hiding something of course right? Horrible customer service from the start. Taking my business elsewhere to a dealership that is willing to meet customer needs. Don't trust an autocheck... U seen the carfax commercials... SHOW ME THE CARFAX!!!! PS I wouldn't even have gave a 1 star rating but I had no choice

Ask for John Strazza very accommodating and knowledgeable about all vehicles. Very helpful and have a gorgeous selection of cars from Lambos to Bmw's that you woun't see or get anywhere else. Cars are in excellent condition and very well maintained. Just bought a 650i and I love it! Thanks for all your help John Strazza and thank you to the rest of the Deluxe team for helping me take home the car of my dreams.
