VERY ecstatic
Shopping at Deluxe Auto Sales was an absolutely amazing experience. I was unsure about the kind of car I wanted and how to go about buying my very first car. the staff was SO comforting, educated, and willing to listen to all my needs. Kevin was so patient and informative, i couldnt have done it without his help. i am now sporting my new baby and could NOT be happier. Danny the manager was so helpful through the entire process i am thrilled with my experience. HIGHLY recommend for anyone and everyone searching for a car!!!

WHATS THE SECRET??
Was considering making a big purchase but they won't even email a carfax...."we use autocheck" is their gimmick. If u had a customer willing to make a big purchase wouldn't you prove them with the information needed to make the sale? Well that is unless ur hiding something of course right? Horrible customer service from the start. Taking my business elsewhere to a dealership that is willing to meet customer needs. Don't trust an autocheck... U seen the carfax commercials... SHOW ME THE CARFAX!!!! PS I wouldn't even have gave a 1 star rating but I had no choice

Hello James, Firstly, we want to thank you for taking the time to write this review. Our apologies for not explaining just why we prefer to use AutoCheck over CarFax. The reason we use AutoCheck rather than CarFax is simple, we believe they provide more extensive and accurate information. We buy hundreds of cars per month and on too many instances we come across vehicles with accidents and issues that are reported on AutoCheck and do not come up on the CarFax report. As far as carrying both, we don't believe in paying for a CarFax subscription if we don't believe that they provide the best and most extensive information to help us purchase our vehicles. It is just a matter of preference based on experience. Though we agree that CarFax has much better branding and advertising we believe AutoCheck provides a better product. Ultimately, we will always advise all car buyers to do as we do, we purchase the car not the vehicle history report. There are too many vehicles in the market with clean vehicle history reports yet clearly have serious accidental damage. On the other hand, there are several vehicles with an accident on the vehicle history report yet upon close inspection we see that the vehicle is in fantastic mechanic and cosmetic condition. A vehicle history report is a fantastic tool but it is not full proof. We gladly and freely provide AutoCheck reports and customers are always free to purchase their own independent report through CarFax. We truly have nothing at all to hide. Again our apologies for the unpleasant experience and we wish you nothing but the absolute best with your vehicle purchase!

Ask for John Strazza very accommodating and knowledgeable about all vehicles. Very helpful and have a gorgeous selection of cars from Lambos to Bmw's that you woun't see or get anywhere else. Cars are in excellent condition and very well maintained. Just bought a 650i and I love it! Thanks for all your help John Strazza and thank you to the rest of the Deluxe team for helping me take home the car of my dreams.

I was a little afraid when I went to this place for a car because of the bad reviews, but let me tell you I was completely surprised when I walked in. The staff is very professional and cars are Top notch, they have it all. ADELSON was my sales person, he was a true professional and very honest, he answered all my questions and never pressured in any kind of away to do business like other dealers in the area do. I was really Amazed by this place and its people, if u looking for a luxury car this is the place to go, u wont be better taken care of anywhere else. And another thing is that its and indoor show room all the cars are very clean. If you decide to try this place ask for ADELSON and you'll see what I'm talking about. BEST Experience ever!!
2009 Honda accord I purchased a 2009 honda accord from Deluxe. I had a great car buying experience. I spoke with Sue to setup a test drive. When I came in I was greeted by her along with Willy. They were both helpful with all my questions. This was my first car I bought on my own and I didn't feel any pressure at all. Everyone was very professional. The place is amazing. I will definitely come back to purchase another car.

Wonderful Car Buying Experience, Really!
