Went the Extra Mile
I recently had an issue with my ball bearing on my vehicle. My girlfriend's brother had borrowed it one night and then it came back with that issue. Weslaco Motors service center took care of us and had it done before the end of the day. Price was about $180 so I was okay with that considering that they took care of it so quickly. no issues here! Very polite!

I was interested in purchasing a used truck. Someone from the dealership called and we set up an appointment. I arrived on time to find the truck I was interested in was not there. The sales rep appraised my car and offered me 19,000 for a 2015 Toyota Avalon XLE with 13000 miles. I was insulted. I have purchased 2 other vehicles with this dealer in the last 3 years but will not do business again.

Tried to Rip us off on Service
Have a 2011 Buick Enclave and the air conditioning was not working. They quoted $1900 plus taxes in parts and $900 in labour to replace AC pump and front and rear evaporators. We couldn't understand why everything needed changed. When questioned they knocked the price down about $1000 and said only one evaporator needed changed. Strange. We took the vehicle to Beardon AC in Harlingen. They found one quick coupler leaking and changed two of them. Added freon with dye to check the system and found nothing else wrong. Total bill was $84. AC now working fine.

Scheduled Test drive
I scheduled a test drive of a used car with the sales rep after keeping in touch with her. But the car was sold right before my test drive and not even a heads up about the pending sale or a phone call or text. Made a trip to the dealership for nothing. Very disappointed.

Best place to buy a vehicle!
Payne Weslaco Motors has a large selection. When I bought my truck, the process was easy and fast. The hardest part is finding the right truck with all the selection they have. I highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

Waste of Time
Inquired about a new vehicle on cars.com. The internet salesperson could not give me any information and referred me to her manager. The manager, after several minutes of apparent searching, told me the vehicle had been sold. However, after more than a week, the vehicle is still on cars.com and still shown on the dealer's website.

GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION!!
First time. EVERY EMPLOYEE went out of their way to see I knew what was going to happen and when it would.. From Linda a the truck, to Lupe, to Gracie, all went out of their way to welcome me!! WONDERFUL FIRST IMPRESSION!!! Lupe was wonderful to take the time to show me around and introduce me around. I TRULY FELT MY BUSINESS WAS IMPORTANT TO THE DEALERSHIP! That does not JUST HAPPEN.
