Chevy Colorado Upgrades

Brought my vehicle in to have a spray-in bed liner and hard-top cover for my new Chevy Colorado. Bryan was very attentive to my needs and coordinated for me to have a loan vehicle for the time it took to complete the upgrades. Additionally, after I turned in the loan vehicle, I discovered that I may have left my garage door opener behind. No problem, one call to Bryan and he was quick to check the vehicle and to call me back to report that he had found the opener and he would maintain possession of it until I arrived to pick it up. This is the second time I have had Bryan for service. He is always friendly, courteous, professional and spot-on with the information he provides to me. I have never experienced a "cringe factor" with this dealership's service department. Without a doubt this is the best service department I have ever dealt with in my many years of owning an automobile.

service check up

Brian in the service department was very prompt with getting us the information we needed.. We set up an appointment . He took care of our needs. He took the time to explain everything to us before the work got started. We would like to say thank you very much for his help .

In and Out

Andrew was super helpful and awesome to work with. He made everything very smooth and simple. I would recommend anyone to go see Andrew. He is very personable and professional. The only issue is that he's a Texas Rangers fan. :)

Brought vehicle in for AC problems

Brought vehicle originally in for AC problems, but while it was there they ended up also fixing a couple of recalls on our vehicle. Very pleased with Jake our Service Advisor.

Always a great experience

Always enjoy the people at Sands Chevrolet in Surprise. Needed to replace a vehicle, and we were looking for a specific model and color. Rob Donlevy went out of his way to help us, and we are so happy with our new Malibu!

Mike Conway and my Malibu

i bought my Malibu from Mike Conway who was such a pleasure to work with. ANYONE who wants to get into a Chevy - go see Mike Conway and not anyone else. It was fantastic.......and I love my new car!

Mixed feelings

As my title states, I have mixed feelings about my experience. At times I felt like I was getting the run-around from the sales person and that he wasn't entirely focused on my needs. However, he worked with me for getting an amazing deal on the vehicle, so in the long run that is what really mattered most to me. The two big negatives that I had with the experience was first the vehicle I was getting was getting reconditioned by the service team. I asked multiple times for a list of all the work that was being done to the vehicle. I never received a list or printout of the services, even though they added additional costs to the vehicle for the reconditioning. The second issue I had was when it came to delivery of the vehicle. I had to wait 3 days for the dealership to finish the reconditioning, and when I picked it up, I was excited and left. After leaving the dealership and getting close to home, I realized the vehicle was just about out of gas (less than 1/4 of a tank). In all my previous experiences the vehicles have always been given a full tank. Additionally, even though the vehicle was cleaned, I still found some trash in the vehicle and dirt on the roof. So even though it was washed and somewhat detailed, you could tell it was a quick job to get the vehicle out the door. In all, I was happy with my visit because I feel I got an amazing deal on my vehicle and that is all that matters. The other stuff isn't as important, but I could easily see those issues being a problem with other shoppers.
