I took my vehicle in for service and while I was advised to consider additional things be done, I was not pressured in any way. My service was done in less time than I expected and so I had more time to run some other errands.

Recent Visit
I was professionally greeted by Henry, my assigned Service Writer, who answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I was guided to the waiting room where I waited for my car to be serviced. Luckily there was nothing wrong with the car. When the car was completed, Henry came and got me and went over what was done and handed me off to the cashier. Henry then walked me to my car. The personalized service was great.

My New Tahoe
I went to Sands because I used to work with one of the Internet manager, Frank. When I arrived, he was not there, so Andrew helped me. He took the time to show me every option and explain how everything worked, but was not overly "technical" in his explanations. I am very happy with my new Tahoe, and would like to thank both Frank and Andrew for helping me throughout the entire process. I am a very satisfied customer!

Service at Sands in Surprise
I arrived early and waited for service personnel. As soon as they opened I was greeted and explained my situation and even though I had no appointment was taken care of. While I waited I enjoyed the snacks available to all customers and took a quick nap. Not long after closing my eyes , I was awaken and escorted to my newly washed car and given a explanation of all things done. I am very ashamed that I cannot remember the service reps name for he took good care of me and listened to all I had to say. I certainly will find out his name and recommend all my friends to ask for him when visiting the service area.
