a little lacking

As usual, service was courteous and quick even though I worked with a different rep. I was surprised that I had the wrong service reminder sticker inside my car, it was nowhere close to my mileage. Also the oil % guage on my controls was not reset.

Surprise is Great

My experience at the dealership was great, Abe D. took his time in allowing myself to find the right truck. I was happy with both Keith and Howard as other dealerships most managers don't come and speak with the buyers. The process was ok when finalizing the deal but besides that Abe was there to make sure the truck was detailed. Overall it's a great place when purchasing a vehicle all of the staff is friendly.

Sands Chevrolet offers top-notch service

I bought a four-door 4X4 Silverado this past week at Sands Chevrolet -- Surprise, AZ. My sales rep Thomas Hughes was wonderful along with his team of managers. They worked with us until we found a comfortable price to pay for the vehicle. The GM also spoke with us, thanking us for the purchase. It was a great experience.

Very Accomodating

Best car buying experience

If your looking to buy a new Chevy, see Mark at Sands in Surprise. I just purchased my 2014 Silverado from him, they put the best deal out there that I could find with no haggling and made my buying experience very hassle free and easy. They were very helpful and informative about the truck, I will make all of my future purchases from Mark and Sands Chevy.

great experience

I worked with Tony Newman and Brandon winger. It was a great experience and it always is. They always get to where I want to be and they make it fun to. Finally a car dealership that takes the pain out of buying a car. I will always come back to Sands Chevrolet.

Great service and quality repair

came in mid-day due to a leak of fluid from sonic, jake took me in no problem and got me a ride home quickly, both jake and shuttle driver were friendly and professional at all times, Jake let me know when car was done, went smooth and I will be back. Thanks for a great experience!
