Danis Auto on Harbison

Really happy with this experience. Gettacar is a new concept that I first saw advertised on a billboard on I95 and it stuck with me. Essentially, you buy the car online and they deliver it directly to you. Im pleased with my purchase and I would recommend.

This place was amazing. I don't have the best credit so I went in with low expectations but high hopes. I walked out with a 2018 car and payments I can afford thanks to everyone working with me from the car to the insurance. Thank you Danis

We are divided with our experience at Danis Auto. Dealership offered good customer service, but did we not receive a fair price for our trade-in. Recommend others to sell their vehicle privately. As for their Service Shop, everyone seemed grumpy and Manager was extremely rude! Still waiting for correct molding missing from vehicle???

This review is to update the review left by me the other day. After speaking with the manager John, I was fully informed as to what actually occurred and the meaning behind it all therefore I want to update and again recommend this dealership to any and everyone. I was upset due to my sister being upset and due to the information not being fully explained I immediately made an assumption which caused me to leave the review. Again things were definitely rectified and I am now at peace along with my sister and do feel the need to update the review and making a public apology due to being misinformed. Dani's has always caught my attention due to the way they assist everyone on a case by case basis along with the way they go the extra mile to help someone who really needs the help. Again I apologize and will remove the review this evening. LaShawn is now happy and will be helped if possible therefore KUDO'S to Dani's auto sales for their above and beyond customer service!!!

Approved my sister for a ten thousand dollar loan and then asked her for 5k down as a down payment i couldn?t believe it i felt so bad because i referred her to that place. Lashawn

I came to Dani?s auto because I had seen them advertised multiple place so I figured they were good. The customer service representative was good but the general manager and person responsible in finance were not helpful at all I kept calling to get help and I was being put on the back burner like my money wasn?t as good as everyone else?s and yes I?ll admit I have some credit problems but that?s no excuse not to respond to a potential client. So because I expressed that the General sales manager Michael R. Called me back and told me he didn?t want my business and what way is that to talk to someone that wants to spend money in your business

OMG this place was awesome!!! All of the staff was super nice and friendly. They seemed to really enjoy their jobs and being around one another. The salespeople were not overbearing like most car dealerships. There was a wide variety of vehicles to choice from. Since I didn't have a check with me, staff took me to the bank to get a check. The most amazing thing was they actually do "pop that trunk" with every sale!!! About 4 people purchased a vehicle while I was there. I was really impressed and I don't impress easily!!
