Process was so easy. Great experience.

I started my search online by looking through their inventory. After finding a car I liked, the online process was super simple. I was contacted shortly after by Dave who simply explained the process and set up a delivery date. I had my new car delivered to work within a week of starting the process, it was amazing. I couldn't believe how much time and frustration I saved by using them instead of where I was planning to go first.

A cut above the rest!

I found Gettacar on Instagram and decided to check them out when I was in the market for a car. After submitting my online app, which took maybe 3 minutes tops, I was contacted to discuss what I was looking for in a vehicle. After letting my success hero know that I needed a third row for my little ones and their busy schedules, they showed me so many cars that exceeded my expectations! The whole process was seamless and they were able to find the right car for me. So much better than a dealership experience, and all my coworkers were amazed (and jealous!) when I had my new car dropped off at the office!! Love Gettacar and would use them again!

Best experience everrrr!!!

Super fast, super easy, and super convenient! I applied on Monday and had my new car Tuesday morning! The best part...it was my birthday and they brought me a cake! Everyone was super friendly (shout out to Chris and Curtis!) and the vehicle was exactly as the pics described! If you are not trying to spend all day at a dealership or deal with the traditional car sales stigma, hit these guys up! Top Notch!

Terrible

Bought a 25k Maxima and it had more issues than National Geographic. I was promised everything would be fixed. 4 months later they have barely done a thing, The repairs they did do, caused more issues due to carelessness. I was told that "it was no longer their problem". I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. I will also tell people to steer clear of this chop shop!

Great Experience

I first saw gettacar on a Facebook ad. I've seen commercials for companies selling cars online in the past but was hesitant about the whole thing. I picked out a car on the site and received a call from a gettacar rep less than an hour later. The rep was super friendly and walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. They helped me trade-in my car and delivered my new car to me at my job. They mean it when they say they'll deliver the car anywhere. Despite being used, the car looked and felt new and I haven't had any issues in the month I've been driving it. Overall, it was a great experience. They even have a referral program if you refer someone to buy a car. I would (and do) recommend gettacar to friends.

Excellent experience!!! Will never buy a car anywhere else!

I had a great experience with gettacar! From the moment I went on the website to receiving my car, every person I dealt with was professional, courteous, and focused on my experience. I do not have one complaint. The car was exactly how it was described- even better than I pictured it! I will never buy a car anywhere else and I will never use a dealership again!

Easy and Delivered to My Door

Dave was great, he was always there when I had a question and even delivered the car! All I did was find the car I wanted, did all my financing and uploaded everything they needed online. They delivered my car to my house the next day, I did the paperwork and they were on their way. hope never thought it would be so easy to buy a car!

Be Careful

Be Careful. Easily the worst financial decision I have made. This is my first time financing a vehicle. The initial process was easy. Multiple sales associates will reach out to you through the buying process. I chose a 2015 Jeep Renegade with under 35,000 miles. The CarFax history seemed to check out. The car was delivered to my job. Easy process. Now about the car... The first seven days are without incident. I don’t drive too much. What I should have done, was pay out of pocket to take it to a mechanic for a complete diagnostic. Roughly, two weeks after purchasing- my fuel pump blows. It was dangerous- the car shut off abruptly in the middle of a busy road. I have to pay to get it towed to a mechanic 30 mins away. I get a rental car. The pump is covered- however I’m out almost $400- for rental/towing. At this point I’m hoping it’s a fluke. Additionally, I’m calling Gettacar like a mad woman- because they have not even sent me my contract. The ink had barely dried on the bill of sale before I started having problems. Not great follow up on Gettacar’s end. Dave, was meant to follow up with me- never does- I had to keep pressuring them. They eventually send it- but do not send a detailed copy of my warranty. Which I asked for. After the repair- I’m thinking I’m in the clear. Wrong. The car feels “off” in general- trouble switching gears. Check engine light goes on- days after I get it back. I bring it back to Grant Auto. Another part needs replacing. The mechanic very openly tells me there is a lot of premature wear on the transmission. Wow. Now I get to take it to a Certified Jeep dealership- pay for a diagnostic- and hope it’s covered under the manufacturers warranty. How fun. A 4 year old car with these types of issues. I’m a single mother, a new car payment is strain enough. Without additional issues. I’m wildly disappointed- and have let everyone know to steer clear of Dani’s Auto/ Gettacar. Can’t wait to find out what’s wrong with the transmission- and hopefully sooner than later unload this piece of junk for a Honda- with a dealership that gives a xxxx.

Staff was very professional. Rob was our salesperson. He was FANTASTIC . He worked very hard to make the deal happen. The entire staff was excellent.
