I had Terri Garcia as my customer service advisor and she was amazing. Even when I was unavailable to talk on the phone she would keep me updated through text or email. Even the delivery driver Jake and Rob in the service department were amazing. There was a small mishap of a chip in the windshield that happened during the delivery before I even finished the walk around they were already scheduling an appointment to repair the chip. Everything went very smoothly and the car turned out amazing.

I love my new suv. It's clean .Rides excellent. Michael Provine is very nice. He explains everything to you. He's excellent . He calls you back. Thanks for everything.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GETTACAR! My husband and I found the truck of our dreams at a great price. Too good to be true? Yes! They screwed us over royally. My husband applied with me as his cosigner. Our credit was run multiple times and we were approved the next day. "Jimmy" contacted us and asked for a few more details so that everything could be finalized and we complied. He assured us he would reach out before he left for the day. We never spoke to him again. He Ignored our calls and texts. We couldn't get anyone to answer the 1-800 number or anything. Finally, the next day, a guy answers and we explain what happened. He tells us that truck was sold to someone else now. I asked to speak with a manager and later that day "Clay" calls. He apologizes, saying it was all mistakes on their end, and says his top salesman "Tom" will reach out to us in the morning to help us out and possibly find another vehicle. Nothing. Not only did they damage our credit, but they sold a truck out from under us and made no effort to make it right. Do not trust this site. These people do not do fair or trustworthy business.
