clean and neet

After i bought the 2010 cube and washed it i found a bunch of scrahes on the car. I looked the car over 2 differnent days and did not see them then.

Exceptional Service, Friendliest Staff

My daughter purchased a Rogue 1 1/2 yrs ago (previously owned Hondas) . With each service, we are more impressed with their friendliness, attention to detail and keeping their promises with completing the service. Great staff and facilities!!!!!

AWESOME Service!

We dealt with John Melnick and he was fantastic. He stayed after closing to help us on two separate occasions and really went above and beyond to help us buy the SUV we'd been searching for for months. The facilities are sparkling clean and the waiting area was super comfortable. We'll definitely be referring friends to Ken Pollock Nissan!

Nissan Ken Pollock was a great place to go. Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful. If you want go to a place without pressure and just great advice and knowledge this is the place to go! I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Altima from the Ken Pollock Dealership and am very satisfied and confident with my acquisition. It was either my lucky day or the dealership is very anxious to sell cars because I got the exact car and deal that I was looking for. The salesman, Jeff Smith, was very cordial, polite, and easy to work with to seal the deal. I would not hesitate recommending the Ken Pollock Dealership to others because of my experience and look forward to receiving the same consideration from the service department in the future. Kudos to Nissan for making such a great product as the Altima for the price.

MY EXPERIENCES AT KEN POLLACK

TODAY HAD AN EMERGENCY AND NO APPOINTMENT. THAT DIDN'T MATTER. I WAS TOLD TO COME DOWN. I HAVE TO DRIVE 50 MILES TO GET THERE. IT'S WORTH IT. LAST WEEK IO NEEDED AN OIL CHANGE. MY FAULT! I WAS WAY OVERDO. ON SATURDAY THEY TOOK THE CAR, AND WHILE I HAD MINOR SURGERY, THEY CHANGED THE OIL. ONCE I TOOK MY CAR IN ON THE WRONG DAY. THEY TOOK CARE OF IT. THEIR SERVICE IS ALWAYS A+. THEY ARE ALWAYS PLEASANT. THE STATION IS ALWAYS IMMACULATE. THEY TAKE THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THINGS TO ME. I COULD BUY MY CAR FROM A NISSAN DEALER IN TOWANDA, ABOUT 20 MILES FROM HERE, BUT I WON'T. THIS IS MY 4TH SENTRA. I ALWAYS GO TO KEN POLLACK'S.

In for Recall!

In for recall, this is my third Nissan bought and serviced at this dealership.1st Recall ever! Never a problem scheduling, friendly staff and Keurig Coffee. And we just bought a used 2014 Sentra from their dealer group. Car was serviced quickly and washed before I went back on the road. Thanks guys!

Great Service Dept.

Most honest and dependable service around. I've been going there for four years for service. Only mistake I made was not buying my Nissan from them....won't happen this November!!
