Liars and Crooks
Went to go purchase a truck listed at 22,000 dollars. Since I was coming from over 100 miles away I called and was reassured that this was the correct price on the vehicle. Once I got there and test drove the vehicle the manager informed that the price was 7500.00 on top of the online price. Why wasn't I told this on the phone? They said the cheap rough country lift, rims, and tires are the reason for the 7500.00 upcharges. They admitted to putting the lift and accessories on and I offered to pay the original asking price with all of the accessories removed they said no. How all that amounts to 7500.00 I have no idea but, horrible experience.

LIARS!
Would give it 0 stars if I could. Complete liars. A truck was online listed for $39,990 go to dealership purchase vehicle. All of the sudden they tack on another $7500 making the vehicle $47k+ Because of cheap tires, wheels, & a small lift that isn’t even worth $1000. We drove almost 2 hours for them to not honor it & said they made a mistake & have to change all the online prices of trucks. How could a lariat be more expensive than the platinum they had on the lot with less miles?! Do not trust them. WAY overpriced.

I should have read the reviews before going to this xxxx hole.I spoke to a girl name Jazzy prior to heading to the place becuase a lot of dealers say one thing on the phone then say something else when you get there. Thats exactly what happened with me i asked Jazzy several times over the phone if the price online is there final price and if any downpayment is required and any other hidden fees and she confirmed there is no hidden fee and no delaer fee and the price online is the whole cars financing price no down payment required. Then when i get there asked for Jazzy when a dude aproach me to help then after waiting for a long time the dude doesnt even tell me about the person i asked for which is Jazzy instead he wants all my information in the system before even showing the car or test drive. Later another dude comes in to say the online price is after i put 5000 dollars down. How rediculos is that ? Then i told them this is really wrong and bad customer service and the dude answers " we get lot of customers everyday we cant please everybody " Please dont go to this place !!!!!

scam scam scam waste of time
Its a scam. The advertised price of any vehicle does not include their dealer fees and a 20% value on top of the advertised price. Almist all the cars have repaired body damage. Waste of time

Cubano Barbaro! Great Car & Great Deal
As my Cuban counterparts would say.... Barbaro! I met with a guy named Joan. He was very helpful walking me through the process. I've never bought a car before and too be honest with you, its what I've always wanted to do. I have a pretty good job, but not a lot of credit. Joan walked me through the application process, worked numbers with me and helped me get a good deal. Thanks Joan. Eres un Barbaro!

Please listen to all terrible reviews! I called to inquiry about a vehicle that has been listed on the website for 2 weeks now. I spoke with a salesman, Female Jesse. She let me know the vehicle was available but I started reading all the reviews. After I started asking questions about the down payments and listed price online she told me I needed to come in for further information. I then asked to speak to a manager who could possible give me more information. After being on hold Jesse came back on the phone to now tell me the manager wasn’t available anymore to speak and the vehicle was just sold. I may not have wasted the time/drive but you absolutely can tell if pushed in a corner these people are scammers. Don’t waste your time. The reviews are true and worth reading to save anyone from going and wasting their time with such people.

While you were speaking with Jesse, she asked if the vehicle was available because you indicated that you were driving from Jacksonville. Before you made the drive, she wanted to make sure that the vehicle ACTUALLY was in inventory before you made the trip. Jesse went the extra mile, checked with our inventory manager and the finance team to make sure that the vehicle was still here, again, before you drove from Jacksonville. The finance manager informed her that the vehicle was sold last night, but is pending a few final documents, which is why it is (or was still) on the site. I am very sorry that you feel that Jesse is a scammer. She went the extra mile for you, to ensure that you did not waste your time & make a 5 hour drive. I am grateful to have a team member that puts the need of our customer first. Thank you Jesse for trying to help!
False Advertising on Prices
I went to go purchase a Nissan Pathfinder they had online for $15,991 and when I go into the dealer they tell me that the vehicles real cost is $18,000 because the price I have is a financing price and not a cash price. There is nothing on the website that says that, no fine print or disclaimer. Very bad business, horrible way to lure in customers.

Liars, Pushy salesmen
Call ahead to make sure car was there came and it wasn’t after I was told it was drove over an hour to get there. Then tried to push me to get another car after I told them exactly what I wanted. A bunch of liars and fast talking salesmen

This company is a waste of time add was one price and you had to hunt to find out that the price advertised was with $5000. down. The managers people skills were terrible, basically rude. I personally will never deal with a car agency like. On a scale of 1 to 10 they are a 0
