This company is a waste of time add was one price and you had to hunt to find out that the price advertised was with $5000. down. The managers people skills were terrible, basically rude. I personally will never deal with a car agency like. On a scale of 1 to 10 they are a 0

Scammers
Just like the other negative reviews we experienced this %20 down payment scam. Drove all the way to Miami to look at a 2014 Nissan Murano and wasted our time. Advertised price was 15000 nothing mentioned about a down payment, and we called to confirm before heading over. After spending time checking the car, taking our personal info, running a credit check, and processing the deal at their finance department, the monthly payments added up higher than we expected. Upon inspection of the paperwork the actual price was $4000 higher than advertised. We asked what this means and were told that the advertised price is the price after a down payment of %20. We got up and left without another word.

Fake prices, scammers
They listed on website fake prices, only after arrival to office they say that to price you need add 5000 dollars cash Don't waste time, don't go to this dealer

worst service ever
I bought 2 cars from from the car factory in broward, one in July and one in August. I bought a 2015 Hyundai sonata early August. Our sales guy Ricardo was amazing. Our finance manager sucked tremendously. We bought it Saturday and the vehicle had one tire bigger than the rest and a bad alignment. Mr. Giani our finanace manager came to an agreement with me to extend our down payment of @1000 from Sept 25 to Oct 5. we had a verbal and text communication agreement. on Sept 25 he decided to take the money and overdraw our account. taking money from the house and food from the kids by doing so. when I tried contacting him all he can tell me was to look at the contract which broke our agreement. I do not recommend this anyone to ever buy a car here. the worst customer service and agreement breakers. DO NOT BUY HERE EVER

Fake sell car, the car does not exist.
I drove 50 minutes and call before came. The car does not existe. They are fake. They try to fish you but I tell I am interest in a specific car.

Desastre TODO.muy mala atencion.desatienden a los clientes.llevo esperando 5 meses x la llave del auto.todo es un engaño.en fin.un desastre.espere 4 meses por la chapa y la registracion.supuestamente ya estaba pagado y para entregarmela me cobraron.mal.todo mal

EXCELLENT
I was very satisfied with carfactory. They really went out of their way to try to help me even though my credit is really bad. The manager and the sales rep were wonderful. I recommend them higly.

Horrible experience
Si se quieren llevar una decepción vayan a este dealer y veran, recuerden leer las letras pequeñas ya que muestran el precio del auto y cuando vas a ver la verdad le aumentan el 25% mas y te enseñana las letras pequeñas luego , aparte te piden correr el credito para ver si hay o no hay negocio ya que hay autos que los tiene en otra parte y para ellos no perder el tiempo primero te corren el credito montan el deal y ellos pretenden que tu casi firmes sin nisiquiera ver el auto y en otras oportunidades he ido alla para ver autos que tienen en la pagina para la venta y el auto nisiquiera existes SCAM SCAM SCAM
