This car buying experience was great. I love my new Rogue. Some of these cars are rebuilt, so understand that and mine is one. They were honest and transparent about the damage that was fixed. I do not live in the area and they were able to have it shipped door to door. They even beat the shipping quotes I had. Also my credit union would not loan on the car due to rebuilt, but Carlos gave me their bank they work with, not only did I get approved (understand I have near perfect credit) they beat my credit union's interest rate! If I upgrade my Rogue, definitely going back to them to see what they have! Thanks Carlos!~

I am very impressed with their timely response and the information Carlos has provided including the additional pictures, available extended warranty, finance etc. I have not purchased a vehicle from this dealer but so far, I am very impressed with their service and I am planning to stop by soon.

I called for a listed car, i was told that car is sold. 3 days later the car was still listed but now with a 2k price reduction. I applied again through cars.com and I also applied directly through the car max website. No answer, no response after 2 weeks. I do not understand such a business practice I would never recommend this company!

Carlos, was Professional and Honest!! That counts with most people.L did not find the exact car I wanted but I will call , Carlos in the future.

Since I bought my first vehicle here, I have recommended 5 of my friends and my brother to buy cars from this dealer. All of them found a car that they liked and bought them. None of them have had any issues or complaints. What I like about this place is that the two guys that run the business are helpful but do not push the sell at all, like a sales man, that is right, you know why, because they are not sales men, they own the place. You can look, you can ask question and walk away without being called back. My next car will be from here this coming summer.

I'm searching for a used Infiniti G37x, they have one in their inventory, even though I haven't yet decided whether buy this car from them but at least they tried to contact me and introduce their services to me.

My husband and I went to see about a vehicle and was greeted by an individual who was not Carlos, that was not very nice. The car we were looking at would not start and although we were willing to look at another vehicle in the same make and model, he did not show any professionalism or interest in trying to sell us anything else. Needless to say, we left.

the car shows on Car.com everyday. But, they told me sold if asked too many details or don't have the car.

Was looking at dealerships in my area and with such great prices on their cars I couldn't pass up the opportunity to stop by. First impression was great, greeted right away by a young man Carlos. He was respectful and wasn't hovering over my shoulder asking questions. Gave me space unlike other car salesperson at other dealers I visited. Looked at the cars and loved a Scion TC (gladly to say I own it now) and Carlos took me through every step patiently. More dealerships should be like this and have more people skills salesperson like Carlos.

I found the perfect car at Automax! Carlos was super helpful and knowledgeable regarding all the questions I had about the car. I was told it was a rebuilt (hence the lower price) and told me what parts were damaged/replaced from the accident. I asked to take it for a test drive and got it inspected by a mechanic. The car works perfectly, and I have a 3-month guarantee, which is nice. And I already witnessed this commitment. As I was finishing up the purchase paperwork, another customer came in with a question about their car remote control. They changed the battery right then and there. Talk about customer service! I don't see other palaces honoring a three-month guarantee with something like this. If you are looking for a good deal and honest sales people, give Automax a try.
