I bought a car here after going down all Fullerton Ave..looking for a great deal and of course a car that I liked and I must say I'm very happy I found this place. At first i was a doubting about it since the prices where cheaper that any of the other dealers I had been to. I decided to give it a shot. I must say customer service was overall perfect. The guy that helped me out with my purchase was Carlos. He answered all my questions, I'm a girl so my questions were much more that the usual I think. Carlos asked if I wanted to test drive the car that I liked, which I did and the car drove perfectly fine , not only did he let me test drive it but told me everything about the car.I highly recommend Automax.Good prices and great customer service

Worst Experience Ever
Drove 2.5 hours to go look at the 2011 ford fusion hybrid. When we got there the man operating the sales hut was just hanging out with his girlfriend and joking around and he threw the keys to us and told us to go check the car out. Even if we wanted to test drive it we couldn't because there were so many cars in front of it. Besides all that when we went to the car and tried to start it the car didn't even turn on. It's not like it was a surprise visit we told the guy 9 hours before we showed up. And then the man, Carlos proceeded to argue with my boyfriend and made it seem to be our fault that the car didn't start. Needless to say we did not buy the car.

I bought a 2012 Nissan Altima from Carlos at Auto Max. The Nissan only had 10,700 miles on it. I got the car for an excellent price. The vehicle is a REBUILT or BRANDED title vehicle, but the car driives and runs like NEW! Carlos was very informative about the vehicle and did not try to hide the fact that the car was a REBUILT. I had the Nissan checked out at by my mechanic before purchasing. so far so good. Got the plates and title after a couple of weeks. I would buy again from Carlos at Auto Max. Keep up the good work! Very Good
These guys were great. I found the car online, got down there, they let me test drive it, they printed the car fax for me. Everything was as they said it would be. They were very helpful and I am very happy with my car. I got the car taken into a dealer for a checkup after I got it and it passed, just needed some fluid changes which is acceptable.

Very Deceptive
I was interested in one of their cars and specifically asked if it had been in any accidents and they told me that is was in excellent condition. Then I asked them to clarify if it had a Clean Title and they said yes it did. Then I proceeded to run a AutoCheck / CarFax on the car and it says that it does not have a clean title and was declared a total loss the previous insurance company. It is sad that Automax does business like this, it would be best to be honest up front and disclose issues with the cars. Here is the AutoCheck report.
