Great Experience

I needed a good used car. Jeremy was extremely helpful and I came away with the nicest car I've ever owned at a great price. I would definitely recommend.

Warranty Work

If I could rate lower I would. Brought my 2016 KIA Forte into service department because A/C stopped working and my driver rear window would not roll down. Lady in service department tells me they replaced compressor and window motor but when the technician tried to put freon back in he felt a leak and saw a hole in condenser. Lady claims she took picture and sent to KIA and they say it is not a defect that something must have bounced up off the road and damaged it so they would not cover it and it would cost me $1100.00 to fix. (How did they test compressor without freon in it). Seems to me KIA and ALLSTAR should stand up for their customers better.

Gerald, thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention. After speaking with our Service Manager, she informed us this is a Kia Manufacturer issue and unfortunately they do not want to cover the cost. We sincerely apologize for this matter, and hope you will reconsider doing business with us in the future.

Kia experience

I found my whole experience with a new car purchase to be the best I've ever had. My sales person was a total pleasure to deal with and was extremely helpful in finding the vehicle I wanted rather than trying to "sell"me on something.

Shopper?

I had not been feeling well, but wanted to get a new sorento. Kayla met met at the door and was such a friendly face, i just started.talking about what i wanted.......and that i had only 2 bours in which to complete the process!! She and jeff worked their magic and i was able to leave there with my new car in exactly 2 hours. Both were very helpful, friendly and efficient!!!!!!!!

Car Repair

My experience has always been exceptional and this was no exception. The only problem I have is my car ended up being at your service department for 6 days with no option for a loaner. The part had to be ordered and arrived on Monday, Aug. 21 and was supposed to be ready either that afternoon or by Tuesday afternoon. Due to undetermined circumstances my car was not ready until 5 pm on Wednesday, August 23, 2017. I rented a car from Friday, August, 18, 2017 until Monday, August 21, 2017 because my car was supposed to be ready. I was getting a ride to work from my husband but he had to go out of town on Wednesday morning and I had to find transportation to your dealership. I feel that when a vehicle has to stay in service as long as 6 days the dealer should give the customer a loaner. Gloria Girouard Baton Rouge, Louisiana
