Lou Fusz Ford

We started dealing with Lou Fusz in Chesterfield in 1993 when we bought our first of many new cars from them. We have always been very pleased with their cars and their Repair Shop is TOPS! Nick Prebianca was able to help me get a new car for my daughter. There was a small mechanical issue with the car I had picked out and he made sure that everything was corrected prior to delivery. I felt like he really wanted to make sure that I was happy with the purchase and did not want us to purchase a vehicle that they could not back up. The transaction was easy with no pressure and I appreciate that!

Lou Fusz Ford, in general, and John Stahl in particular, made it very easy to select and buy the right car for us. We visited several other stores (2 Ford, 2 Mazda, 2 Honda, 2 GMC, 2 Chevy, 1 Toyota and 1 Hyundai) to try to find the perfect compact SUV. Only the Escape had all of the features we wanted. Fusz and John were the only ones that did everything possible to ensure that we could test drive vehicles to test all of the various features. John was the only person out of several sales people, that had a genuine smile and "glad to see you" appearance". I've bought from Fusz automotive in the past but this is my first ever Ford. It's not a fun thing to spend a lot of money on a car but at least with John and his store, it became fun and I thank him for the personal interaction above and beyond the sale of a car.

Joe Romeo is a great salesman, who made this experience for me very easy, and enjoyable, he made sure to take the time to explain everything i needed to know about my car, and made sure i was comfortable with my payments, and most important that i was very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend if you are wanting to buy a new car, make sure you go see Joe Romeo, because the next time im ready to buy a new car, i will go back and see Joe. ,

Was able to get vehicle in rather quickly when I called. Excellent customer service. Showed me how the system for the issue I was concerned worked and got me out the door quickly. Seemed to value me as a customer.

On time service that was fast, easy and the problem fixed. I made an appointment and waited in a comfortable customer service room with TV.
