I contacted this dealership with the full intention of purchasing a Ford Raptor and presented a reasonable offer. Everything was in order, and they could have honored my price, but Jake Gaspard, the salesperson, declined to complete the sale for two explicit reasons: 1. I live out of state, and 2. I wasn't going to finance through the dealership. Jake's message was blunt: "You aren't local...we won't ever see you again." That line made it clear the decision was based on where I live and whether I'd bring them finance commission, not on the vehicle, paperwork, or any legitimate policy. This felt like a discriminatory, short-sighted business practice. Instead of closing a sale and building a good customer experience (and a possible referral), they chose to turn away a ready buyer because they couldn't squeeze more profit out of the transaction. If transparency, fair dealing, and professionalism matter to you, I'd look elsewhere.

Absolutely Terrible!
Absolutely Terrible!!! Made an appointment for May 20th two weeks prior to that date. I had to wait that long because I would need a rental and they said that was the first available date. The appointment was for a recall and an issue that I diagnosed. Upon arriving they told me they were 5 days out for diagnostics and argued that I would need diagnostics despite me asking for the part to be fixed without it. It is now 10 days later, my vehicle hasn't been looked at, i'm $500 into the rental. Never will do business with them again.

Disappointing Experience at Lou Fusz Ford – Terrible
Disappointing Experience at Lou Fusz Ford – Terrible Customer Service and Lack of Accountability I recently purchased a 2025 Ford Raptor with only 5 miles on it from Lou Fusz Ford in Chesterfield, MO. After taking delivery, I noticed the backup sensors were not working and scheduled a service appointment. The service department informed me that a crucial module was missing, and the part was on backorder. After waiting two weeks without hearing from them, I followed up and was told there was a national backorder, with the part unavailable for an extended period. When I pressed for a timeline, I was told it could take years to arrive. I was sold an $85K truck with a missing part, and this was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase. I then spoke to the Sales Manager, Chris, about the situation. He was indifferent and stated that it was my problem to resolve with Ford. When I pointed out that he was a representative of Ford, he agreed but insisted there was nothing he could do. The lack of empathy and customer care was appalling. I asked for the Ford customer service number, and Chris seemed irritated to provide it. Not once did he apologize for the inconvenience or offer to help in any way. It was clear that resolving this issue was not their priority. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I regret not listening to others who advised against purchasing from Lou Fusz Ford. If you value customer service, I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership.

Going to Lou Fusz and meeting our salesman, Jim, was
Going to Lou Fusz and meeting our salesman, Jim, was fate. We had been to another dealership and not liked what we heard so we decided to try one more. We go lucky when we walked in and got the "Bronco Expert." We (I) knew exactly what I wanted and didn't want in a Bronco, and Jim being so knowledgeable about them, was the best to deal with. He was not pushy at all, in fact, suggested I come back in the daylight to take a better look at it and drive it. He was so patient with my husband and I, it was remarkable! I will forever be a Bronco owner, and a part of Bronco Nation. Thank you, Jim!
