We are giving our salesperson Jacob 5 stars. He was able to answer all of our questions and if he didn’t know the answer he found out for us. Enjoyed the time spent with Bijan Porshahidy who dealt with the finance part of it.

Greg and his team were great from start to finish!! Very attentive and informative and willing to do what I asked with no hassle!! As stressful as the car buying experience is they made it a little easier! if looking for a great ford and sales team its a must you shop with with!

Greg was great to deal with if he didn’t know something he would quickly find the answer and respond. The whole buying experience was great. Bijan in the finance department was very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall No hassles no problems.

This is the FINAL time I will EVER go to Lou Fusz Ford

This is the FINAL time I will EVER go to Lou Fusz Ford for service. Today the valet service dropped my vehicle off to the wrong address and then asked for a review of their delivery service. In my last 3 experiences they have not brought my car back to me the same day and left me stranded with zero communication on the status. They replaced my brakes and rotors when they had been replaced at a different dealership just 14 months prior and didn’t need replacements. Only when I asked for the “old” ones and p other invoice did they say they were in error to try to charge me more than $1,000 for work I didn’t need. This morning I get a text 25 mins after my set pickup appointment time saying they would be showing up 45 mins late. When I said something to the manager he just asked if I had my phone on me. Now my car is God knows where and they have to come and get my spare key to transport it back to me. I have no words for the incompetence Lou Fusz Ford continues to exhibit.
