excellent experience i

I have been driving cadillacs for over 20 years. I have always enjoyed having them. The comfort and security level is great. This recent buying experience was fun and exciting. This was made possible by Kim Taylor. Her zeal and enthusiasm is contagious. She is friendly, EXTREMELY knowledgeable of the product, and professional and courteous at all times. Her assistance in helping us understand and use the technology in the car was so much more than we thought would be available. If anyone I know tells me they might be looking for a car, I'll send them to Kim with the highest recommendation. Thanks again Kim for making this a great experience.

I have always purchased cars with a bit of hesitation (as I don't know all that much about them...except how to drive!), but I have to say that this was by far the most enjoyable and relaxing purchase I've ever made. The young man who helped me - Ron was very friendly and knowledgable and patiently answered all of my questions. I will happily go back in a few years when it is time to buy a new car.

From the moment, I got to the dealership I was treated with respect and professionalism. I went to the dealership for maintenance and was told exactly what I needed, how long it would take, and how much it would be. There were no surprises and no one tried to sell me things I didn't need. It was a pleasant car care experience. (which is rare) I would go back to this dealership and I would highly recommend it!!

Ron was a pleasure to do business with. I do not look forward to visiting dealerships to buy vehicles. Ron changed my opinion of sales representatives. He made my wife an I feel comfortable gave us a good offer for our trade in and sold us a new CTS for a very good price. I would highly recommend Orange Park Cadillac and especially Ron Rosenfeld.

Fantastic car at great price; pleasant salesperson

I was looking to buy my last new Saab after their bankruptcy. Sales rep Chandra Kent was extremely helpful, honest, and personable. After just a few calls I felt comfortable enough with her to buy the car sight unseen. Purchasing as a MA resident from a FL dealer presented challenges that were eventually worked through with back office personnel. We flew down a week later and drove the car back. Was great to thank Chandra in person. Would send anyone to her without hesitation!

Tried to overcharge me, reluctant to do certain warranty work, when they finally agreed, they messed it up worse than it was. Thank goodness there is another dealer.
