This an outstanding review for Mr. Tom Treanor
Mr. Treanor is a definite asset to Cadillac Saab of Orange Park. His expertise saved us much money. He found two items needing repairs plus the initial repair and all repairs were explained. He offered us the use of a rental vehicle. Mr. Treanor accomplished all of this with finesse and diplomacy and to our entire satisfaction. He also kept us informed of the progress while our Cadillac was in the shop. We cannot speak highly enough of him. He is a true professional and we appreciate all of his efforts.

Saab Service
We purchased our Saab in Gainesville and our dealer no longer sells or services Saabs. We brought our car to Cadillac Saab of Orange Park for warranty service. We were taken care of immediately, the waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the people we dealt with were knowledgeable and friendly.

Excellent customer service
I sent a Internet inquiry and received my response within two minutes. I ended up buying two vehicles because the price was great on my first purchase. We made the deal at noon and Ron drove the two new vehicles to us by five that night. Ron the Internet guy was just the best.

Very Pleased!
I originally purchased my vehicle from this dealer and have been taking it to this dealer for service. Yesterday exceeded my expectations for service. My car went back at it's scheduled appointment time, was serviced and washed and was returned to me in a short period. The service manager was very courteous and remembered to supply me with information that I requested. It was so far, my best visit to this dealership.

In for an oil change for which I was initially...
In for an oil change for which I was initially overcharged and had my IPOD stolen from the car. Tech (AKA greasy thief) left his oily finger prints on the adapter where he unplugged it from the glove box. The service manager was very rude and condescending saying they were not going to pay for it (I never asked for payment) and it was not their problem! Never said he would look into it or offer to help! He also advised me of never having that sort of problem while he mentioned their sign saying they were not responsible for things left in vehicles! (anyone with a pulse knows that these signs are posted after an incident) I did file a police report and attempted to speak to the General Manager he refused to see me and his secretary took my phone number saying he would call me and of coarse he did not! Management at this place clearly demonstrated that my property was not a priority for them. The one thing this business has for sure is a thief in the service department!!!

I drove from one cadillac dealership to Caddy of Orange Park in half an hour and saved $2,700 on the same exact DTS. The place is great and the people made me feel like I was special. Loved the whole thing.
