Salesperson was as polite as could be.

Salesperson was as polite as could be. This is where the positives end. I was made two distinct promises and both were broken immediately after signing for the vehicle. I brought up a single quality issue that wasn’t listed. Some delaminating from the rear view mirror that made it difficult to see behind the vehicle. I was told that this met Cadillac standards until the sales manager sat in it, and then it was unable to be fixed because it was too expensive. I was presented with a price $4,000 over asking during negotiation and during the actual signing of the financial documents that would have gone unnoticed had I not brought it up. Also found the vehicle had a bent wheel before I purchased it after closer inspection that wasn’t listed. Dissatisfied to say the least.
