I have purchased several Lexus vehicles from Nate Hopson at Mungenast. Always a positive car purchasing experience. This past winter I contacted Nate while I was in Florida searching for a LC500 convertible. Nate stayed in touch with me and found the exact model I was looking for early this summer. Again Nate Hopson made the purchase a comfortable and positive experience. Nate has always been very professional, upfront and courtious throughout the process.

We bought our used Lexus at Mungenast and have had it serviced for the last eleven years there. We have never had any problems that weren't fixed satisfactorily and upon occasion have used a loaner. Recently I purchased a new Lexus thru Mungenast of St Louis with Nate Hopson as the sales person. First because of COVID the car I wanted was particularly hard to find and ordering was not an option. I was told by other dealers that the car I wanted was just not available. However within one day Nate had found the car I desired and it was on the way. Purchase day went very smoothly Nate and all support staff were professional courteous and friendly and the paper work went smoothly. The car ws in perfect condition. I have purchased several cars at Lexus of Saint Louis and have always been very pleased with the experience. I also had another car serviced that day and that rating is 5/5 . I have purchased many cars thru the years and can say with out reservation that Mungenast is by far the very best.
