This is for the Lutz location: Bob Cooper said that he decides whether repairs on you car are worth their time even if it's under warranty. Sure hope nothing happens to cause an accident that needed repair but Bob didn't think the money was worth someones safety.

I recently bought a certified used 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sport. Even prior to showing up for my scheduled test drive, everything was smooth. I spotted my Jeep online and was contacted after the July 4th holiday by someone in Sales. Everyone was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. On the day of my test drive, I was very impressed that the vehicle was already brought to the front and ready to go! My Salesman John was great! He was able to answer all of my questions and help me find a Jeep that not only met my families needs but made my Jeep dreams come true! Finance Manager was very patient as I worked everything out. I am in the middle of moving back to FL after living in Canada for the last 7 years so had to do some transfer of funds (everyone knows this can be a pain when doing it from other countries). I'm so appreciative of their kindness and patience!!! Would definitely recommend!!

Referred a friend to them after buying a truck from them, they tried charging 4 grand more then the ferman in New Port Richey. My after purchase buy service was a terrible expeirance.. do your self a favor and drive to new port richey ferman you will save thousands.
