Before going to the dealership I was already interested in a certain Q50 they had on the lot. I was met at the front by Tony and he understood that I wasn’t here to look around and he had the car brought around almost immediately. He didn’t play any of your typical car salesman games, knew more than enough information about the car to answer any questions I had, and just overall seemed like a great guy. Even took the time on his day off to make sure the car was ready to go for me when I picked it up. The dealership itself isn’t much for negotiating even on used vehicles but you definitely get what you pay for. I am more than satisfied with my experience and vehicle.

Ferdy is an excellent Service Advisor. Very professional and kept me informed of the status of my service throughout. Ferdy is very customer focused. Overall, Herb Chambers Infiniti was great for servicing my car.

I’m rating this as a 5 star as I feel I was given the utmost curtesy. However I would just like to add that had I been advised of what type of issues I would/could incur if I didn’t have the 12 volt battery done by an Infiniti dealer I would have had the battery replaced from the beginning so I wouldn’t have had to return a 2nd time. Other than that I was extremely pleased.

Experience and communication with the dealer with were both good. I was contacted in a timely manner with all information needed. Work was done efficiently.
