Mike Mowry was an excellent salesman who wasn’t pushy and gave me genuine trustworthy advice for my daughter’s first vehicle. She’s going to love it, thanks to everyone who helped us decide. I was able to get in and out in a reasonable time too. Also, they had some pizza and snacks for people who were waiting. Much appreciated.

Luke was the salesman who helped me find the perfect

Luke was the salesman who helped me find the perfect car. Coming in to Nissan was a great experience everyone is cheerful, and happy and make the time you spend there enjoyable. After going through Nissan the last three leases the people never fail to amaze me how friendly and attentive everyone is any questions, concerns or details i wanted to know were answered immediately. Having a salesman that can joke, and also remain professional makes for a great and enjoyable experience. I’ve stayed loyal to Nissan for my vehicles due to the service, and the people I have spoken and worked with. Anyone looking for a new car I couldn’t recommend Luke enough! He’s amazing. 😊

I saw a car I was interested in at Somers worth Nissan- I was met by Caleb who was soo pleasant friendly cheerful and so helpful and patient with me. I scrutinized the car took if for a drive slammed on brakes to test. I asked numerous questions that he answered and checked if not sure. Not once did he rush me but was so patient . I wish ever sales rep were like Caleb wanting to provide the best considerate service without being pushy .

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I was open to new or lightly used, but Caleb correctly assessed that an almost-new lightly used vehicle would be a winner for me and showed me two excellent candidates right off. He was wonderfully patient as I took the time I needed to learn about and compare an array of different makes of vehicles at different dealerships. He also answered my many questions since my previous car lacked many modern features. This dealership’s close relationship with the nearby Enterprise Rent-a-Car branch simplified pick up of my new car and return of my rental, eliminating delay and the need for additional logistics.

Do not leave a review while at the dealership… they will try and get you to do that. Multiple issues with vehicle purchased, sloppy service work on vehicle, repeated had to return to service vehicle in first month of service… would not recommend

Purchased vehicle had to return to service vehicle 4

Purchased vehicle had to return to service vehicle 4 times in first month. Sloppy service work and management refused to replace parts that were causing problems. Would not recommend. Poor management. Be prepared to be in there for hours. Do not write a review while there. They’ll try and convince you to do so. Recommend going elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience with this dealership.

I had a terrible experience with this dealership. It took seven hours just to complete the paperwork to purchase the car. During the test drive, the car was nearly out of gas, and despite being promised a full tank upon pickup, it wasn’t. They eventually sent someone to fill it up, but the car came back with only half a tank. Within 72 hours of owning the car, the check engine light came on, and I noticed a concerning noise from the front end. Given that I work with rescue animals and can’t afford to be stranded with a broken-down vehicle, I immediately contacted them to return the car. Instead of handling the issue professionally, I was laughed at and told I could return the car—but only for over $3,000 less than what I had just paid, despite being initially told by Dustin that they’d make a different lower offer. Trevor stated the owner would not buy back the car for what I had paid less than 3 days prior. I was shuffled between seven different people during this ordeal, and none of them seemed to communicate effectively with each other. The entire experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and felt like a classic example of the “stereotypical used car salesman” behavior. Read plenty of other reviews similar to this on all of the other platforms before purchasing from this dealership. In the end I lost over $4,000 returning the car. They knew I couldn't trade a problematic car anywhere else and backed me into a corner with only one way out of it. They also did 6 hard pulls on my credit even though I was told they would only do one hard pull with a couple soft pulls that fall off immediately.
