I think this is the best Ram dealership in the United

I think this is the best Ram dealership in the United States, I have a 2019 Ram 3500 my engine blew up on the way from Oklahoma to California, lucky for me it happened in Vernon TX and the tow truck driver told me that Vernon Dodge was a great dealership, he was right on the money, I want to thank the service department Mark and Robert also the mechanic Josh I could not be happier with this dealership I highly recommend them too bad they are 1300 miles from my home in California.

I recently purchased a 2022 Ford F-250 King Ranch from Vernon Auto, with Adam providing assistance throughout the process. Despite Adam's diligence in sharing detailed pictures and videos, I was discovered an undisclosed dent upon the truck's delivery. While I accepted the presence of minor scratches due to its used status, the hidden dent was deceptive and unacceptable. Upon reaching out to the dealership within days after delivery to address the issue, I was met with poor customer service. Despite my clear disappointment and frustration, they refused to acknowledge their oversight, citing their "sold as is" policy. This blatant deception and lack of accountability have left me deeply dissatisfied with Vernon Auto's business practices. It's evident that Vernon Auto prioritizes closing sales over honesty and transparency, which is unacceptable. I urge potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with this dealership.

The Ford Service Department got my 2020 Ford Edge in

The Ford Service Department got my 2020 Ford Edge in quick twice this month! First an oil change and then a screen and software update issue. My car was picked up from my job and delivered back to me. Chris set up both appointments and made pick up/delivery arrangements, and Mark jumped in and helped on my software issues. Very happy with the service and help from Ford Service!
