Bryan did a great job setting up a time to test drive and pick the vehicle up that was convenient for me. Bryan continues to keep me up to date with the process of the vehicle and always responded back in a timely matter. Had some serious hiccups with Miguel in finance with lack of professionalism and being very rude and disrespectful On multiple occasions. Bryan made sure to have another finance person work with me and might I say a world of difference Martin was as awesome as Bryan. The GM Dan caught me as I was leaving asking how my experience was. I let him know that everything was positive and that I was happy other then my couple of issues with Miguel. Dan was very receptive to my concerns and thanked me for the honest feedback and provided me his contact information should I need anything else. Each person apologized for Miguel’s actions other than himself. I understand why each person did but it wasn’t their apology to give. Bryan salesman, Chase Accessories Manager, Martin in Finance, Dan GM thank you for your assistance, guidance, and professionalism I am very appreciative. Oh and also Kyle in sales he gave me some pointers on upgrades and suggestions that really helped as well.

Vernon Auto Group has one of the best customer services in the North Texas region. We drove 200 miles just to get serviced by them. DFW competition doesn’t even come close to them. They have lower prices than the metroplex.

Found Vernon Auto Group online. Was looking for a used Ford Expedition. They had one that was just what we were looking for and in our budget, sent a text and was promptly contacted back by Nicholas. He answered all my questions, walked around the vehicle and made me aware of any and all flaws as I was a little over 2 hours away and then sent me an email with a formal quote and carfax attached. We made the drive from Oklahoma and cannot be happier with Nicholas, the entire process and our new to us Ford Expedition. BIG THANKS to Nicholas and Vernon Auto Group, we will be back!!

I hate leaving bad reviews, but finally after the third salesman, Nick did me a good job. I couldn’t get anyone to call me back and when they had two days to have everything ready before I came to pick it up, I still waited at the dealership for several hours before everything was done. The people were nice and may have been different had I done the deal in person instead of over the phone. We bought my wife a new Toyota the very next day from street Toyota and from start to finish was only about 4 hours and we didn’t even know which vehicle we wanted when we went in. Vernon did have the best price that I had found for the pickup I wanted, but the customer service could sure learn some things from street Toyota. I will probably give them another shot later down the road and hopefully my experience will be better next time.
