The experience was great Steve Ybarra was quick to help us with what we were looking for. Such as, helped us find a vehicle within our price range and helped us find vehicles with certain specs we were looking for. The only problem I have with the dealership as a whole is the fact that the vehicles do not have prices on them. I could see how it could be problematic for other customers. Also the inventory is so crowded I understand that when business is up the lot is going to be more crowded. Perhaps purchasing a additional lot somewhere close would fix the issue. When people come to visit and are just looking to browse and not purchase that day, it is very nerve racking to have to drive in such a confined space. The salesman was very eager to help us though and really helped us find exactly what we were looking for which made the experience much easier. I would recommend anyone who goes to Vernon Auto Group ask for Steve.

We have bought several vehicles in the past but this was the best experience by far. They give me he bottom dollar price the first time. Took my information over the phone and delivered my new vehicle the next day. My salesman and all the staff there was very professional and easy to work with. At my local dealership I would have to stay there for hours and hassle them over the price. I will only buy from this dealership on the future.
