OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Kyle and Tyler at Vernon Auto group worked diligently to get me the truck I needed at a fair price. Both were professional and committed to getting me into the right truck for my situation. I check around for pricing and the deals can't be beat, couple that with professional friendly staff and you would be crazy to go somewhere else. I am so lucky that this dealership is in my home town!

Good deal and bad service

The buying experience I had at Vernon was typical of any car dealership that you would expect. Haggling, sales person saying I wanted to much for a trade in, tales to the manager behind closed doors and the answer was still no. I said ok and went to my truck, started it and went to drive away. All of a sudden the amount I wanted was ok and the deal was done. After driving the vehicle home it was apparent that there was a exhaust manifold leak which I was told would be repaired if I brought the truck back at no charge. After driving the 85 miles back to the dealership and waiting 4 days I'm now told that the vehicle was bought as is and they would give me $300 for the repair. This only came after be blown off by their customer relations manager Ashley Hernandez on 3 separate occasions. The used car sales rep. tried to sound polite but it was obvious that they were angry I wanted what was promised to me. Although I got a decent deal on the truck the dealership is shady at best and will say what you want to hear to get you out the door but no follow through. Truth in advertising is not used at Vernon Auto Group what so ever. I'm sadly disappointed with the overall purchase and horrid customer service

Worth a call

Nick was our salesman and was helpful. We talked over the phone about my trade in and he called me back with a price quote. I didn't want to drive to Vernon without an idea what they would give me for my trade, so I was thankful for a good trade value. I also thought the price for their truck was reasonable. They were really busy that day and I think they were short handed in the finance department. I felt it took longer than it should have to get through the finance process. We had financing already but they were able to get me a better rate so I went with their lender, which was US Bank and major lender. We took the truck for a trip to Palo Duro Canyon and it drove great and we enjoyed the trip but we noticed the tailgate was sticking. Ashley, Vernon Auto Group customer relations agent, called to see how everything was doing and I explained to her about the tailgate and she said, "Let's get you a service appointment". I had to wait a week but went to the appointment and they fixed it. They handed me the keys and I drove home very happy.

Best dealership I have ever dealt with!

I was looking to purchase a used diesel truck and a friend told me about Vernon auto group. I looked on there website which is up to date, easy to use and very informational. The next day I called the dealership and within 5 minutes they had found me a truck that would fit my needs. There was no hassle, they gave me a good price on my trade-in and a great price on the truck. Robert was up front and honest and held to his end of the deal. It was very pleasant working with everyone at Vernon auto group. I highly recommend this dealership!

Amazing 2016 Ram 3500 SRW Limited transaction with Ryan!

Ryan at Vernon Auto Group was awesome! He answered all of our questions considering we bought the truck from 1400 miles away! Thank you! Buying from them saved us enough money to be worth the drive.

Great easy experience

Brandon was outstanding to work with. I called him on my way to the lake after discovering Vernon had the exact vehicle I was searching for. Brandon took my info down on my trade gave me a fair value and had it delivered to me so it would be there before the 4th of July. Had a great experience with Vernon and plan on coming back!

Blown away service

Bought a Buick from Morgan Chavez at Vernon Auto Grouo

Made the drive to Vernon Texas to look at a couple of Buicks. Worth the drive! Found the car we been looking for! Vernon auto group will deliver a car straight to your door, but I'm still I got to drive it and feel it kind of gal. Morgan Chavez helped us with the purchase of our new car. A pleasant experience all the way around!

Used Car Purchase

Spoke with Steve Ybarra reference a vehicle I observed on-line. Steve was shared with me the vehicle would not be a good fit for my daughter and recommended another vehicle he had in stock. I shared with Steve I would not be able to drive to Vernon until the next day to which Steve offer a recommendation. Steve had the vehicle driven to my place of employment in Wichita Falls and we closed the deal.
