I looked online, and have my vehicle delivered to me the very next day!

Contacted Steve via email about a truck I was interested in and he was very accommodating since I was 2 hours away. Gave me a trade in value form to complete, sent me details on the truck I wanted, and didn't bother me with repetitive calls when I told him I would call him back, which Is a deal breaker for me. He was aware of my decision making style and was there to help along the way. They brought the truck to me for a fair price and I bought this truck and traded in mine without leaving my property. That's a "wow experience" in my opinion. Don't waste gas driving all over and looking at trucks. Just call him and let him do the work for you. I'll be buying another vehicle from them soon, and remember I'm 2 hours away.

After doing most of the sale by phone and online we changed directions on the choice. We still were done within a couple of hours. Richard Floyd was great. He was very helpful and made everything work without the normal dealership pressure
