Went in to find a good used truck. Had already worked a deal on a truck when I was informed that a newer vehicle had just arrived. The salesmen were very helpful when offering me a choice on vehicles. This was my 16th. Vehicle from this lot and I was treated with respect and completely informed on all details with the purchase process. We left with the vehicle we wanted and were very satisfied with the friendly service and attention to details of our buying experience. Chris Dunson and Randall Winship were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure We got the vehicle we wanted.

Having been a victim of sleazy sales tactics in the past, I have become very aware of how I do business when buying an automobile. When I contacted Vernon Auto Group, I treated them as I would any unknown dealer and kept my contact information to only email. I was contacted quickly and treated with respect. The person emailing me was aware I was skeptical and handled the conversation in a professional manner. By the third email I gave her my phone number and she told me that someone would call to discuss things. She quickly realized that the salesmen were very busy and stepped in to keep my questions answered until someone could contact me. Vernon does actually care about you as a customer and they treat you like you are the only customer. Every time I had a concern or question they replied in a timely manner with my answers. I had to travel almost 300 miles to pick up my truck. And the whole buying experience was smooth and comfortable. The truck exceeded my expectations. In other words it was better in person than in the pictures. I was well taken care of and everyone was nice and professional. I highly recommend you check out Vernon Auto Group first before you make your decision to buy. Their prices are very hard to beat. And the service is excellent!

He went the extra mile to make sure that the truck I got was in good working order even after I had already purchased the vehicle.
