I must say that of all the dealerships I've used, and I have traded numerous times, Vernon Auto Group is by far the best. There was absolutely no pushy sales approach, and the prices started out below invoice from the start. I was also able to fill out everything on-line, from my credit application, to my trade appraisal. This saved me a ton of time when I went back for final paper work! I would definitely refer them to anyone I know who is searching to buy a new vehicle! I'm one very satisfied customer!

Im impressed, initially when looking for our new truck never thought id end up in vernon. When we made the call, dane was extremely helpful on the phone. He sent everything i asked for via email including the invoice of the vehicle. He understood that i lived far and even did a pre-appraisal of my trade in through email. The appraisal when i arrived was 100 percent accurate. Pricing was good, to the point, and the ford rebates were on time (helped out a lot). Wow come to think of it we never argued about anything! I recently purchased a new Ford Raptor, to tell you that I was surprised with my experience would be an understatement. Having been in the auto industry for a decade and a half you get a pretty good feel for the "gray" areas of the business. My deal was fair and was conducted primarily over the phone after I called regarding a vehicle had found online. My salesperson was courteous, never misleading, and proactive with the entire process from greeting me at the door to delivery. The finance experience was excellent, I expected to see a bump in the finance rate, not there. Same bump in price of warranty or other back end products....nope. To my surprise this was the most up front best experience I have ever had. I have sold so many vehicles in my life under the falsehood of what a good deal really is, that this experience really hit home with me. It's no wonder Vernon sells cars all over the Permian Basin and West Texas. You guys deserve it. Anyone that is not shopping with you is forfeiting the opportunity to get the best deal and the best experience in the Automotive Industry.

This was the easiest buying experince I have ever had. I had shopped around and found what I wanted from Vernon Auto Group. The gave me a great price for my trade in and started at a lower price by $3000 over all other dealerships.They earned my business.

they was upfront on everything, gave me the best price and financing possible it was no haggle they kept me informed on everything. I flew in from Monroe la. because the deal they made me was way better than I could get local. they met me @ the airport with the truck it was very clean and everything I had expected. they filled it up with fuel close to the airport where most dealers would have before they left the dealership all the paperwork was ready and in order in less than 15 min after I hit the ground I had all the papers signed and was on my way back home. also they kept checking in on me during my flight there.the lady that did all the paperwork was very friendly I don't remember her name and after the sale they checked and made sure I was satisfied with everything I would highly recommend Vernon Auto Group to anyone I went close to 500 miles to get my truck and it was well worth the trip they had also sent me all the paperwork via email for me to look at and answered all my questions so when I got there everything was ready the gentleman that met me with it was very friendly and did a great job explaining it all to me like I said less than 15 min I was gone and that was after I had looked and checked the truck out also it was not a for it was a HD2500LTZ

I have bought two vehicles in the last year from Vernon Auto Group (Salesman Jr. Cavillo) and both transactions have been seamless! I conducted both transactions over the phone, was treated very well and I feel like Jr. and their staff did a great job of making the transactions easy. They delivered the vehicles to me and have followed up to make sure I am happy at least 6-10 times following each purchase. We have called with questions about the vehicles a number of times and always get a quick response. My last purchase involved a trade in and I was given a very fair trade amount. I wouldn't buy a vehicle anywhere else or from another salesman moving forward!
