I had specific needs that were hard to find. Vernon Motors had the truck listed on-line. I purchased the truck all from my phone, subject to my inspection. The truck was better than advertised. I happen to be returning from a trip from Santa Fe and picked it up on the way home. James was very helpful in working with my bank and stayed past closing time for my arrival. The transaction took less than 30-mins. at the dealership.

James was wonderful to work with. We were interested in a couple of trucks, and James went to look at them for us and help us decide. He said he wouldn't recommend anything he wouldn't put his own kids in to haul down the road (we have horses and travel a lot). That meant the world to us. We will definitely use Vernon for any future truck purchases. Thanks James!

Morgan tied in with me multiple times a day, answered all of my questions, and followed up after delivery! They made sure all ends were taken care of even after shipping our truck 1200 miles to us.

Answered all questions, called back to check on how we felt about the purchase experience and the truck. Researched all possible rebates and discounts we may be eligible for, so as to keep the price affordable.
