Service was superior to any dealership I have ever

Very courteous, professional. We were treated very well. All the staff at Bergstrom went out of their way and stayed late on a Saturday to make certain that we drove away in our new truck. Tom Gault is a wonderful salesperson. When we are in the market to buy another vehicle we will be going back to Tom at Bergstrom. Superior service by all.

Tyler was great to work with!

Tyler was great to work with. I had been to several different dealers in the past month and I found him to be much easier to work with than most of the other salespeople. He listened to me and provided answers and help without being pushy or aggressive.

oil change, tire rotation

The reps answered all my questions and addressed my requests. My Bluetooth stopped working and they took the time to help me check if it was my phone or a something else. And they are always extremely curtious!

Service department

Everyone was friendly and polite. They kept me informed of what they were doing and the work was done quickly. The cookies were really good too.

A Brand New Dodge Dart :)

Great Service and people

Great bunch of workers and very pleasant. I worked with Eric in the finance department and he really took the time to explain everything, even helped my husband with an extended warranty after purchase.
