customer service is excellent, Friendly staff made the first impression a positive one, lobby is welcoming. Nice having the Jeep washed. Being able to have the dealership correct the tire issue , without a charge to me in about an hour time was a good thing, that it happened in the first place was not.. the fact that he apologized was appreciated.. It was rewarding to work with the service manager , His name was "joe" . I like the way he told me that every thing I wanted done they could it do it up to jeeps standards. I like that kind of service.
