Jay Burroughs was wonderful. We have had a lot of bad experiences at car dealerships, and buying a car has always been one of the most horrible life experiences for our family, something that we completely dread. However, when we came to Bommarito in Hazelwood, MO, we were pleasantly surprised. Jay was very friendly, he did not give off that snakey feeling that so many sales men do, and most importantly he didn't hound us. He handed us multiple keys, so that we could test out various cars at our leisure, as not to waste our time. He was pretty straightforward, and he didn't insist on a lot of haggling, which was a nice change. The finance department was great too, and Paris is easy to talk with, and made sure that we understood the loan process, and explained things to us that our bank failed to disclose. He also was able to find us a better rate. Most importantly, he didn't keep us at the dealership all night, and was honest with us in letting us know that he wouldn't be able to get an answer until the next day. He then proceeded to make us an appointment so that we wouldn't have to wait for an extended period when we returned. The dealership was clean, comfortable, and even has a play room for the children. They have also loaded the waiting room with ice cream and drinks. This was hands down the best car buying experience that we have ever had, and we will definitely be returning to the location, and working with Jay Burroughs again. They also shocked us by sending us a cookie tin about a week after our purchase, thanking us for our business.

Jim Happe and for that matter everybody at Bommarito was extremely friendly and helpful. They all made the car buying experience very easy and smooth. At all times I had the feeling they know what they are talking about and advised of our best options. Absolutely perfect!

I've been looking to get a VW JSW for a few years now but...

I've been looking to get a VW JSW for a few years now but either the timing was off or I had issues trying to get a fair deal with the dealership. I wish I would have come to Bommarito Hazelwood first. Everything was great.

This dealership is excellent and non-pressure. The customer service is awesome and they keep things moving along but not so fast that you feel pushed. They work with you to try and get you where you need to be and as comfortably as possible. We had an excellent experience and love our Volkswagon Routan!!!! Thanks Bommarito Volkswagon!!!! Steve Laughlin and Tony Boyd and all who helped get us into the car we wanted and liked. We will definitely recommend Bommarito Volkswagon to all we know!

My wife and I were in St. Louis visting relatives and...

My wife and I were in St. Louis visting relatives and just happened to come across the Bommarito web site. We were looking to upgrade our 09 Tiguan SE and found a 11 Tiguan SEL online. I emailed an inquiry and Patrick Williams, the internet sales manager, was quick to respond to all of my questions. We set up a time to stop by the dealership and Patrick warmly greeted us upon our arrival. He answered our questions and thoroughly pointed out the features of the car we were interested in. Patrick is a VW enthusiast and has a passion for all things VW.I have to say that this was probably the best experience I've had buying a new car. Patrick, spent plenty of time with us and never at any time pressured us to buy. Once my wife and I decided that we wanted to trade in our 09 Tiguan on the 11 Tiguan SEL, Patrick offered us a very fair trade-in price in addition to an already great price on the car we were buying. We really enjoyed working with him. Everything was very straightforward. Because we arrived in the early evening, it took until after closing time to complete the transaction. Everyone we worked with took their time and was very friendly. If you live in the St. Louis area, I would highly recommend Patrick Williams and Bommarito VW. They have a great sales staff and very competitive pricing. I wish that all dealerships made car buying this enjoyable. Doug Edlund Knoxville, TN.

Pleasant experienc

Buying a car is one of the things I dislike the most. The whole bargaining process sucks. Steve was our sales guy. He was very knowledgable, pleasant and not pushy. This was by far the best car purchasing experience I've ever had.
