DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE!

DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE! If I could give them 0 stars I would!!!! I put down 5,000 for a 10,000 2010 Jeep Wrangler. The outside of the car LOOKED nice. I drove off the lot February 24th, 2025. The car had trouble starting February 27th 2025 I thought it was a minor problem and had them look at the Car March 1st 2025, they gave the car back to me March 3rd 2025 and told me nothing was wrong with the car but if I had any problems to take it to Jeep when I was well within my 30 day warranty. April 29th the car stopped working COMPLETELY. I have kids. My daughter does track, volleyball, basketball, and band. I have a 4 year old that needed to be dropped off and picked up EVERYDAY from daycare, on top of that I work and I’m in nursing school. This has been a NIGHTMARE. No offer for a loaner car, no offer to fix the problem, or mistake that was made on THEIR part. Do not get a car from Craig Whitfield. When he wants your money it’s easy to get in touch with him, not so much when he has made a mistake. He acted as if he was trying to help, but would not answer the phone when I called. He had the auto staff look at the car but couldn’t tell me what was wrong with the car, because he knows something serious is wrong with the car, and that would put him at fault. Same with the sales manager, I can NEVER reach him. It is extremely hard getting a lawyer to pick up this case and I have to go about this by getting a smalls claims petition which the recovery that can be awarded is 6k but I’ve definitely suffered from emotional distress. Save your money, keep a peace of mind and go else where. Trust me

My experience at Bommarito Volkswagen was exceptional

My experience at Bommarito Volkswagen was exceptional because of Luke. I had talked with Luke through email and text prior to coming into the dealership so he knew what I was looking for. When I went for my appointment the two vehicles that I was interested in had sold. Luke was great about explaining the differences in the Atlas models and found me my perfect Atlas. I never felt pressured, and he was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. Luke was very knowledgeable about he technology in vehicle as well and did a great job explaining all the features in the vehicle. This was my first experience purchasing a car on my own and he made this process stress free. I would definitely recommend working with Luke if your in the market to buy a Volkswagen.

My wife and I are repeat customers of Bommarito

My wife and I are repeat customers of Bommarito Volkswagen, having just purchased a 2024 Atlas Cross Sport. This purchase was our third from this dealership and, once again, we were treated with professionalism, kindness and special care. Phoenix Pillips and Scott Riley were exceptional and worked hard to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. We also had exceptional support from Shannon, Andy, and Gary (finance). Everyone greeted us warmly upon arrival and we were treated so well right up to delivery. Upon delivery, Phoenix showed us all the options on new vehicle. I am a loyal customer of Bommarito Volkswagen and will purchase my next vehicle from them. Their service department is also exceptional and thorough. The positive, professional culture at this dealership is something that I really admire. I highly recommend Bommarito Volkswagen!!!

On Friday, I wasn’t expecting to buy a car.

On Friday, I wasn’t expecting to buy a car. However, Miguel, Jason, and Luke were extremely helpful in finding me a perfect car just in time for the snow. They were all super helpful in explaining all the features of the Volkswagen Taos and the warranties that can come with it! I am so in love with my car and have recommended this location to all my friends and family! Thank you so much:)

hello my name is jason . long story short i purchased a certified vehicle with a “110 point inspection” from bommarito volkswagen in hazelwood 2 days later i take the vehicle to a shop and they tell me the vehicle has the rear windshield installed wrong also it in not a factory window, the rear had been repainted, The trunk is misaligned, and the front side panel has small dents from where a larger dent was pulled out. they fixed the window and painted the side but do not want to work on trunk or the side panel with the dents also i know the car would be worth less if they sold it uncertified and with these problems but they refuse to refund me the difference .i have called multiple certified volkswagen dealers and they all tell me if they had this car with these problems they would not sell it as a “certified pre owned “especially since it use to be a rental car and the damage was not fixed correctly. That means someone rented it got in a accident, fixed it themselves, took it back to the rental company then the company sold the car to the bommarito volkswagen where they did not actually give the car a inspection instead just sold it as certified. There is no way a car can have a windshield installed wrong plus all the other damage and it pass a certified inspection . Doing that would lower the quality and price of a certified vehicle instead of being able to sell it for more like they did . Now i know for a FACT if i were to take the vehicle to them how i bought it they would not certify it Again .

Craig whitfiled said “ill make sure you get a good deal I know how they do use(black people)” Then when I showed him all the damage he said “legally we did nothing wrong” don't trust him he is a uncle tom just trying to please his Massa. I have still not received and apology almost a year later it took 3bbb complaints and 1 to the attorney general to get any help .

Found me a new stick-shift Jetta and transported so I

Found me a new stick-shift Jetta and transported so I could buy it. Was not a special trim to get stick, either. Very affordable. Only gripe is they said they could get a silver one but turned out they could only get another stupid white car. So sick of white cars!
