I went to this dealership looking for a good used car and...

I went to this dealership looking for a good used car and they worked out a great deal for me to buy a new Honda Civic. Dave was great we talked about Sports and trips we have taken to Mexico just to pass the time while we were trying to get a deal done .The finance guy(Jason) was very busy but also was very positive and worked very hard to get a deal done. Thanks Guys!

I had a good experience with Bommarito and Chuck. They followed up appropriately and made the purchase pleasurable. There was a very minor issue after I got the vehicle home and they had it in and fixed the next day. I'd recommend them in the future.

I contacted Bommarito through the VW.com website since I already knew I wanted a GTI, and Charlie was very responsive to my emails with questions about financing, etc. I had already test driven the car elsewhere, and made the purchase on my first visit to Bommarito. Be careful though, Charlie's a fast talker.

Unlike another dealer for another brand I considered and shopped, Mr Happe let me take my own pace with this purchase. I really appreciate that. Paris, in finance, was great to work with, showing concern for my best interests even after the deal was closed. Because I picked up a nail in a tire the very first day, I used the VW roadside assistance on a Sunday morning, and then the service center on Monday, under time pressure because I had to do a road trip the next day. Everyone was very accommodating with that experience. A great help. Everyone I worked with at this dealership had a common characteristic: decency. That can't be said about everyone in the car business. I've only had one car-buying experience that was of this class, and that was buying a very expensive Jaguar. This purchase involved a much smaller dollar amount, but you could not tell that from the treatment I received from Bommarito Volkswagen. Thanks, everyone! Oh, the car, a Jetta Sportwagen, is great, too. I can report it will absorb a string bass, mandolin, cello, English Springer Spaniel, his and my luggage, with no worries at all. The entertainment/communication package on this one seems to have everything except cable TV. The first road trip averaged 27.1 mpg. Not bad for a fully loaded vehicle, and it still had plenty of useful power for highway travel and pickup for Windy City traffic. I would recommend these individuals and this dealership to anyone without reservation. --Jim Eaton

He was very professional. He answered all my questions, no matter how random they were. He was energetic and excited about his job, and it made me excited about my car. He took the time to show me the features and functions of my new car. He made sure I had a pleasant experience buying my first new car.

Chuck helped us purchase our 2010 Touareg via phone and...

Chuck helped us purchase our 2010 Touareg via phone and email. Very responsive and hassle-free. He picked us up at the airport and had the car detailed and ready as promised. We love the T-reg and could not have asked for a better experience. We will recommend Bommarito to our friends and family.

I am very pleased with my Certified Pre-Owned purchase experience. Dave and Geoff were very informational and answered all my questions. I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase and that is why they received my business. I was expecting to have to negotiate a little more...but...

I was expecting to have to negotiate a little more...but I was very happy to realize..up front pricing..honesty..and quickness definately would come back. Test drive, negotiation, and even financing was a great expierence. I was in and out in 3 hours.

I had absolutely no idea of what kind of car I wanted...

I had absolutely no idea of what kind of car I wanted after I was in an accident with my last car and it was declared a total loss. My fiance and I happened to stop by Bommarito VW to inquire about a car from a newspaper ad. That particular car was gone, but the associate was more than happy to go through comparable options still available with us. We drove a Chevy Equinox, but it wasn't quite what I wanted for right now. We left. The associate with whom he first worked, Jim Happe, called me two days later to go over several other options he thought I may be interested in. On a whim, my fiance and I drove back up (we live across town in South County). Jim had suggested that we look into a VW Jetta. After a few seconds of driving, I knew that this was my new car. All of the associates were very pleasant and great to work with while we went through the buying process. Additionally, Jim had told us before we first test drove the car that one of the windshield wipers wasn't working. We took the car home that night after the sale, but Jim said to bring it back w/ any problems. We took it back in last weekend, and Bommarito is fixing the problem. We aren't paying for this and were given a free rental car while the problem is resolved.
