Was told I had other issues with transmission leaking when I picked truck up and issue was not fixed while it was being serviced.

The visit was good and the cost was great customer service was good they did have issue with my lug nuts but replaced and fixed

Coffee Face
While I wait for service on my company ford truck (with no problems at 136K in two years), I take advantage of this time to finish reports and emails. I have set up my computer in the service lobby, on a leather sofa (sales lobby), in a dedicated office space, but on the counter next to the coffee pot is by far the best place at this facility. Customers come in with a wide variety on emotions, but if you want to know the employee moral, set by the coffee pot and listen. I rate this location as 99.99% positive. Why not 100? Well, as I said before, I'm there. Next point, I'm a Buick guy and only have purchased new BowTie trucks the past twenty years with absolutely no regrets. This Ford dealer staff is, well, better and more helpful than any commercial.
