Was treated with respect at all times. Very professional, polite and attentive to my needs. I can’t say enough great things about Brett, Tim, and Ardarius. Best car buying experience ever. I will go back to see them next time I’m In the market and will refer all my friends to see Tim Krentel.

If I could give this dealership a minus 1 I would.

If I could give this dealership a minus 1 I would. Their communication skills are horrid. The company sells warranties that they do not stand behind. When you try and get the problem resolved they basically cut communication yet still have our car at their service center. We reached out to manager but no one has returned our calls on repairing car.

Sales rep was very helpful, finance dept.

Sales rep was very helpful, finance dept. was a big joke. After I decided to buy truck, I went to bank & got bank check for total amount. Even though I was a cash paying customer I had to wait over an hour to get to see the finance dept.😡. Also the $849 doc fee is ridiculous
